ANALYSIS OF RESOURCES INTENDED FOR PAYMENT OF THE COURSE OR EXAM BONUS ITEM -GECC- RECEIVED BY A FEDERAL UNIVERSITY IN NORTHEAST BRAZIL IN THE YEARS 2015, 2016 AND 2017

Abstract

In the use of public resources, the entire process, from the request for the amount to be spent to the path taken by the money, as well as its commitment and application, must be guided by the principles of ethics and transparency. From this premise, the object of research arises, which corresponds to the analysis of the use of resources allocated by the Federal Government to expenses with Course or Competition Fee Bonus - GECC - received by a Federal University in Northeastern Brazil in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017; from the transfer of the amounts to the use by the University in the training of its employees. This is a descriptive research, from the aspect of the level of depth, which uses a bibliographic and documentary research methodology, if the parameters used in the data collection to be employed are observed, in a qualitative and quantitative approach. As a result, it is observed that the analyzed Agency complies with the principles of Public Administration with regard to the use of resources allocated to the GECC item.
