This article presents a collective experience report by five Physical Education teachers enrolled in the National Network Professional Master's in Physical Education (PROEF) at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT), Miracema campus. The text narrates the experiences lived in the discipline Problems of Physical Education, consisting of nine weeks of activities in the Virtual Learning Environment and two in-person meetings held at the Palmas campus. The methodology is qualitative, using an experience report approach. The analysis is organized around three axes following the chronological sequence of the discipline: reflections on teaching practice and confronting the so-called rola-bola; inclusion, gender and student participation in Physical Education classes; and the resignification of teaching practices through PROEF training. The accounts show that PROEF training mobilizes concrete changes in teaching practice by confronting teachers with their own contradictions and providing them with theoretical tools to name and address them.
