WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF GEOREFERENCE OF RURAL PROPERTIES? AND THE COST-BENEFIT RELATIONSHIP WITH THESE ADVANTAGES

Abstract

The Georeferencing of rural properties serves for the exact location through rural property technology, just as there is no way to know the location without this Georeferencing, it has several advantages. The objective of this work is to analyze the advantages of Georeferencing of Rural Properties and establish the advantages that this procedure gives us in terms of cost-benefit, that is, to estimate the qualitative and quantitative profits of this Georeferencing. The methodology was bibliographic analysis with the development of strategies to reach a result and a conclusion that encompassed the objective of this work. The result is that the Georeferencing of rural properties has several advantages, whether qualitative or quantitative. The conclusion is that Georeferencing costs more than if we registered our property in the city at the property registry office.
