Abstract

 This book aims to reflect on "possibilities of teaching Brazilian culture in the prison system. Based on the advice of the PCNs, and some authors such as Certeau (2010), Jorge (2007), Ortiz (2006), Eagleton (2005), who discuss culture, together with the Study Plans aimed at schools, as well as the experiences lived, which will be reflected on the possibilities of teaching culture in the prison system, seeking, then, to point out possible reformulations for the gaps found.
