MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE

Motivation and satisfaction are aspects that always go hand in hand and are essential for the individual to produce and feel fulfilled within their social, professional and family environment, especially when it comes to the health service, given the situations that constantly appear on a daily basis. to day. In order to analyze the importance of motivation and satisfaction in the public health service, an integrative literature review was carried out, in which 7 articles found in the SCIELO database were analyzed, using the descriptors listed below: satisfaction and public service. The study reinforced the need to insert motivation in the public service, not only in health services, but also in other services, since, according to the study, motivation generates satisfaction in the professional, which consequently leverages the productivity of the company or institution.
