Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a public health emergency of international concern. The recent world scenario puts us in a position to protect and talk. COVID-19 has been promoting restructuring in all areas: emotional, social, physical, environmental, professional and occupational. Permanent Health Education (EPS) emerges as an alternative to strengthen health services in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences on the health of the population. This report aims to present how the elaboration and implementation of an EPS with the theme of "Prospective Dialogues - thinking, debate and the search to model the future" and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on APAE/CER II from Unai – MG. An EPS was prepared and carried out with the professionals with a theme on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic at CER II, using the methodology of Prospective Dialogues. It was possible to identify that health professionals recognize the PE moment as a space that allows reflection on the obstacles that permeate health practice, as well as the social markers in which users experience it. The PE on the theme of Prospective Dialogues opened up opportunities for understanding the professionals' knowledge, as well as critical reflection and, at the same time, mobilized the approximation between professionals, allowing possible changes in the service and professional performance, remembering integration and good results represent a better offer and care strategy.
