Currently, the plans aimed at the integral development of the student are not ready. The plans, for the most part, do not take into account the real possibility of their implementation, with no continuous assessment of which points should be continued and what needs to be changed to achieve their objectives and, above all, their effectiveness. Therefore, the objective of this article is to emphasize the importance of pedagogical planning in early childhood education, considering the effectiveness of participatory planning and the joint action of the pedagogical advisor with the teacher participating in this planning, considering that this must contemplate all the axes of work that develop the competence of the student, with a focus on comprehensive training.
