Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is characterized by a disorder commonly observed in children and manifested by symptoms such as hyperactivity, impulsivity and lack of attention. The diagnosis is made through clinical evaluation according to historical behavior. This study verified the use of the SNAP-IV questionnaire as an auxiliary instrument in the diagnosis of ADHD, discussing its advantages and/or limitations. This work deals with a bibliographic survey through publications on the subject. The articles found were selected, except those that were incomplete, private or published before the year 2018. From the critical reading, the information was left and left in the present study. The SNAP-IV questionnaire has good reliability and sensitivity for detecting ADHD symptoms, while still being able to measure degrees of pregnancy. Check if the test results can vary according to the environment or by who evaluates it. This suggests that valence must be realized by multiple informants, seeking to understand the individual's behavior in different contexts. It is recommended to use the questionnaire as an auxiliary tool in detecting deconstruction, but it should be noted that it should not be used individually to determine a diagnosis.
