Several educational institutions, at times, have not satisfactorily achieved the necessary performance in the promotion of learning in order to prepare students to face the challenges that the contemporary world establishes, both in cultural, economic, political issues, in the exercise of citizenship and in the their professional qualification process. In this work of bibliographic research, it is daring to point out one of the villains of an incomplete teacher pedagogical training, where the teacher deprived of a better improvement in communication and orality, clearly harms and compromises the teaching-learning process. It is proposed that the teacher maintains an assertive and persuasive postulate when communicating, valuing good oratory practices when teaching, which results in better involvement and performance with their peers, streamlining their classes with interactivity, motivation and student participation.
