The purpose of the paper is to present a new approach to the learning process in school, in order to overcome the former flaws that used to associate error to failure. The way in which the error was seen within the learning process undermined the self-confidence that the student had in himself to persevere and continue in his academic journey. Thus, based on concepts such as self-concept, self-efficacy, mindset, this work sews a new network of approaches in order to assist teachers in the arduous, but rewarding, journey of referring their students to the basic education course.
