This article seeks to discuss adaptive platforms in today's pandemic scenario, in the years 2020 and 2021, raising common questions, since such technology is not widely recognized by the population, and answering them. It is divided into two topics, being about technological innovation and cognitive learning and the importance of adaptive platforms for teaching and learning of students and the benefits for teachers and students. In addition, it has the practical application of a platform in the years from 2010 to 2014 in a public school, pointing out the improvements and how such technology helped teaching and even parents, and compares the use of platforms between public and private schools, explaining the reasons why private schools have greater need for this technology. He also cites his own research, conducted with students from public and private schools, regarding the knowledge of adaptive platforms, their advantages and disadvantages apparent to them.
