This article sought to analyze the implementation and impact of active methodologies and Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) in the contemporary educational context. The central objective was to identify how the integration of innovative strategies and digital tools can enhance the teaching-learning process, overcoming the traditional teaching model. The methodology used was qualitative bibliographic research, exploring case studies and literature reviews in databases such as Google Scholar and Scielo. The main results indicate that, although the perception of students and teachers regarding the use of technology is positive, there are significant obstacles related to technological infrastructure and the need for continuous teacher training. It was found that methodologies such as the flipped classroom and problem-based learning foster student autonomy and leadership. It is concluded that improving educational quality requires an integrated approach that combines institutional support, updating pedagogical practices, and developing socio-emotional skills to prepare students for the challenges of the knowledge society.
