This study aims to report on the experience of tutoring, analyzing the implications of incorporating practical strategies into the teaching-learning process. It is a descriptive experience report conducted at the ViaSapiens Faculty, located in the municipality of Tianguá, Ceará, based on the tutoring selection process linked to the Teaching and Extension Center. It was identified that the use of simulations contributed to greater engagement among undergraduate students, evidenced by active participation in activities, intensified interactions during meetings, and greater involvement in the proposed discussions. Furthermore, the presentation of clinical cases in simulated format enabled the sharing of information, favored the assimilation of content, and contributed to the development of an ethical commitment to future patients. It is concluded that the use of clinical cases, associated with the simulation of Cardiopulmonary Arrest (CPA) performed in the second practical meeting, constitutes a strategy that facilitates the teaching-learning process, contributing to a more critical, reflective training aligned with the demands of professional practice.
