School management is comprised of a team of professionals responsible for the organizational, administrative, and pedagogical decision-making processes within public schools. Managers must bypass personal biases and align their actions with the Ministry of Education's public policies, which legitimize their decision-making agency. The National Policy on Digital Education (PNED), enacted on January 11, 2023, through Law No. 14,533/2023, establishes the primary guidelines for digital education in Brazil for the next decade, with a core focus on the digital inclusion of low-income populations. In this way, this research aims to analyze corporate influence on educational management in Brazil, specifically through the lens of the PNED. Methodologically, this essay employs bibliographic and documentary research, grounded in the theoretical frameworks of Brasil (2023a, 2023b), Lück (2009), Freitas (2012), and Fernandes et al. (2025). Social interests are often compromised by private interests through public-private partnerships. Finally, it should be noted that the influence of the corporate sector on new digital technologies for public education directly affects the school manager's role, as the school is transformed into a laboratory for profit accumulation.
