Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between diversity practices and talent retention in companies, and to examine how the implementation of diversity programs can positively impact employee satisfaction, loyalty, and turnover. The study will seek to understand how diversity-focused initiatives can influence employee retention and engagement in organizations. The materials used in the study will be printed or digital, using a qualitative exploratory methodology. The objective is to demonstrate the importance of diversity policies not only as an ethical imperative, but also as an effective talent retention strategy, contributing to a more inclusive and productive organizational environment.
