This article discusses the impacts of algorithm use in labor relations, focusing on the protection of human dignity. The research analyzes how companies have adopted automated technologies to screen job applicants, evaluate productivity, and manage employment ties. It is observed that artificial intelligence tools are being used to access personal information, social media behavior, and consumer profiles, influencing hiring, promotion, and dismissal decisions. These practices raise concerns regarding privacy, equal opportunity, and respect for individual autonomy. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms to control work activities reveals invisible forms of subordination and labor precarization. The methodology adopted is qualitative and bibliographic in nature, based on philosophical works, national legislation, and studies on fundamental rights. The article concludes that algorithmic operations within labor relations demand urgent ethical and legal review, to ensure that technological advancement does not override the constitutional values that underpin decent work and social justice.
