This scientific article investigates the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize the activities performed by Judicial Officers within the Pernambuco Court of Justice (TJPE). It analyzes the potential of AI in three main areas: improving routes for serving writs, automating the drafting of certificates of service, and the general optimization of their work. The study contextualizes the essential function of the Judicial Officer as the longa manus (long arm) of the Judiciary, detailing the contemporary challenges of the profession, which include logistical inefficiencies, high pressure for productivity, and, notably, serious occupational hazards. The research examines the robust regulatory framework that paves the way for technological innovation, highlighting Resolution No. 615/2025 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which establishes AI governance, and CNJ Resolution No. 354/2020, which validated the use of electronic means for procedural communications. The analysis delves into the TJPE's specific regulations for the use of the WhatsApp application, consolidated by the jurisprudence of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) under the principle of "unequivocal awareness." The article explores the practical applications of AI systems, proposing a synergistic model that integrates route optimization with risk analysis, document automation via Natural Language Processing (NLP), and the strategic use of WhatsApp to reduce unsuccessful service attempts. The feasibility of such an implementation is corroborated by the existing innovation ecosystem at the TJPE, evidenced by successful projects such as ELIS and MAIA. Finally, an impact analysis is conducted, weighing the benefits in efficiency and security against the challenges of the digital divide, information security, and implementation costs, culminating in recommendations for strategic and participatory development. It concludes that AI not only optimizes processes but also redefines and enhances the role of the Judicial Officer, transforming them into a strategic agent of judicial intelligence.
