Abstract

Violence is an action that has a profound impact on the people who suffer it, especially in the case of minors, influencing their psychic, emotional and physical formation. This article aims to show how this practice interferes in the lives of children and adolescents, addressing historical and sociological aspects, as well as showing the role of the Brazilian Justice in this process.
