This report aims to present the experiences gained during Supervised Internship IV in Mental Health, carried out at the institution that will be identified as CAGC, located in Curitiba. This form of identification was chosen to preserve the confidentiality of the institution and the patients observed throughout this report. The institution provides psychosocial support to individuals with mental disorders and substance dependence through therapeutic services, occupational activities, and continuous follow-up care. The internship, totaling 20 hours, enabled students to observe and participate in therapeutic groups, individual conversations, and social interaction activities. The activities included games, painting, and active listening, fostering a sensitive approach to the emotional needs of the users. This experience contributed to the development of essential competencies in the fields of Social Psychology and Mental Health, highlighting the importance of empathy, bonding, and communication as therapeutic tools.
