Abstract

Considering the relevance of psychotherapy in facilitating personal growth, helping the patient to find better ways to achieve well-being and quality of life, this article becomes interesting about the divergences of behaviors such as thoughts, concepts, social skills, intolerance, events , dimension of the collective, exercise of dialogue, empathy. Objective, to bring a reflection to such factors that are so important in the construction of personality and that interfere in the subjective of each individual, the anxiety factor is a normal reaction to a threat or psychological stress, however it has a root in fear and plays an important role in survival . When a person is faced with a dangerous situation, anxiety triggers a fight or flight response. Method used Carl Rogers' bibliography as a background among other articles relevant to the topic covered. Among the findings, the need to talk about self-knowledge, to understand the anxiety factor, is very important.
