This article aims to investigate how to maintain an organizational climate favorable to functional performance in turbulent times. The methodology applied in the investigation process allows classifying the research as exploratory, using a bibliographic survey for data collection, and a qualitative approach to the problem. Data analysis is content critical. The main results obtained allow us to conclude that, in order to maintain the organizational climate favorable to functional performance in turbulent times, such as the one verified during the Covid-19 health crisis, it is necessary to work on the motivation of employees, so that they create feelings of belonging. and integration to the company, thus overcoming the adverse external scenario that presents itself.
