Resumo

The main objective of this study was to identify the difficulties and challenges that teachers had in remote classes, as well as to know why students are dropping out of these classes. The route taken was born from a quantitative approach of bibliographic character, as well as a descriptive one. At the end of this analysis, it is clear that teachers need to be properly trained with digital tools and students encouraged by the actors who govern education.
