Abstract

This article brings a synthesis of what has been published and studied about entrepreneurship. The objective is to offer a basic theoretical framework to those who want to better understand the importance of entrepreneurship in the current scenario. The main proposal is to present the variables that usually go unnoticed by the leaders involved in the search for improvement and innovation. Nowadays, entrepreneurship has been of great importance for economic and social development. It is Administration and science that offer tools that make it possible to identify the importance of entrepreneurship in these scenarios, in addition to enabling and expanding strategies to develop a more entrepreneurial society. Entrepreneurship has a culture that must be disseminated at all organizational levels, stimulating the creativity of employees through remuneration in order to keep them motivated, thus improving the organizational climate and resulting in an increase in better performance. Thus, the article addresses descriptive bibliographical research, which seeks through methods, data and information, to offer a better learning on the subject.
