It was evident that continuing education has a significant impact on teaching practice, promoting the improvement of pedagogical skills and professional growth. However, it faces challenges such as lack of time, limited resources and technological barriers. To improve continuing education, it is recommended to identify clear needs, personalize training, promote collaboration, integrate training with practice, use active learning approaches, integrate technology, comprehensively assess and provide ongoing support to teachers.
