Is the adoption of technological information resources an action that promotes the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning in the children's educational universe? Does the School, by providing games and recreational activities adaptable to traditional teaching, act collaboratively in the child's teaching-learning process? In order to answer these and other relevant questions related to this topic, the author of this article embarked on an investigative study, with the aim of evaluating and discussing the influence of Information Technologies (IT) on the Early Childhood Education Center (CEI) Tertuliano Cambraia located in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. For this purpose, a field survey was carried out using a questionnaire tool, of the semi-structured type, applied to a sample of managers, teachers and parents of students from the aforementioned CEI. Data were collected and treated statistically in the Excel program. Based on the opinions of the interviewees' sample, it was concluded that: the use of IT as a pedagogical tool is of great relevance for the knowledge construction process in Early Childhood Education at CEI Tertuliano Cambraia; the adoption of technological resources by the aforementioned CEI is an action that has been promoting improvements in the quality of teaching and learning in early childhood education; the teacher, by providing games and recreational activities adaptable to traditional teaching, has been acting collaboratively in this process that aims to improve early childhood education. Finally, the dialogue between IT, Affectivity and Ludicity, orchestrated by the kindergarten teacher at CEI Tertuliano Cambraia, has been promoting improvements in the quality of teaching for children who have shown greater satisfaction in learning in an integrated way with the teacher and the support of their parents.
