TEACHING INTERNSHIP IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CONSTITUTION MOVEMENTS: TEXTURES OF AN EXPERIENCE

This article aims to report the experiences arising from a Teaching Internship, carried out in Higher Education and mandatory for students of the Graduate Program in Education, Culture and Semi-Arid Territories (PPGESA) of the State University of Bahia (Uneb) , Campus III, Juazeiro – BA; reflecting on that moment for the professional development of an experienced teacher, who already works in Basic Education. This internship was carried out in the curricular component of Literacy in Youth and Adult Education (EJA), in a class of the Degree in Pedagogy at the same institution. The experiences provided allowed for problematizing the role of the teacher in higher education, in a degree course, and the commitment inherent to teaching, above all, the responsibility assumed with the training of future teachers, in this case literacy teachers and active in Youth and Adult Education , and the understanding of the trainee's role as trainer. It was also possible to perceive the relevance of the activities developed and the maturation that the contact with this space of apprenticeship and with the other trainees, from the moments of dialogue established, had for the formation of the degree students and for the professional development of the teacher trainer.
