The article discussed the Theory of Meaningful Learning, which was amended from Ausubel (1982), and the World Café Methodology based on various authors. The locus of the research was the Municipal Education Secretariat of Aliança do Tocantins, State of Tocantins, in the year 2022. This research is classified as qualitative, bibliographical and documental analysis. The study presented the aforementioned Theory, outlined the profile of how the methodology used in the formations, World Café, occurred and presented one of the developments in the process of these formations, during the year 2022, in the Municipality of Aliança do Tocantins, proving the interweaving between the TAS and WC, in addition to the creativity of education professionals from Aliança, for feeling motivated to carry out and present their projects at the I Workshop, Creativity and Innovation of Semed from Aliança do Tocantins.
