THE CONCEPTIONS OF EDUCATION BEFORE THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION OF BRAZIL OF 1988

This article has the general objective of analyzing education following the concepts set out in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, where, for this purpose, it will address the articles highlighted in the specific section brought by the constituent charter for the educational approach. For its development, documentary research was used, the main document used being the Federal Constitution, from which the interpretation of educational analysis derives, which allowed to highlight the analysis of the objective responsibility of the State in educational promotion, in view of some determinants, as well as the principles to be followed, seeking the integral formation of the human being for the exercise of citizenship.
