This article is an excerpt from my doctoral thesis, with some scientific updates. In this sense, this theme is part of a problematic context for the LGBTQIAP+ community, in which discrimination, prejudice and the deficit in public policies that recognize, respect and praise the LGBT community is a factor that affects human rights, education and citizenship of that group. In this vein, in a democratic country, governed by the Brazilian constitution, it is unacceptable that there is intolerance and violence in relation to social, material, cultural and gender identity differences, since Brazil is a country of mixed race and that it harbors diversity in all aspects. aspects, whether they are linked to habits or the environment itself, however, injustice and inequality are a challenge faced by the LGBT community and other intersectional groups, since economic disparity favors a minority that holds a large part of the country's wealth and maintains some in the state of extreme poverty, who face an economic crisis, which in turn is linked to the lack of employment opportunities, which causes violence, marginality, malnutrition and a very low educational level, which are expressions of a chaotic administration of public resources.
