This paper aims to analyze the contribution of being part of a junior enterprise on the competences development. The research style is quantitative-qualitative, and the data has been obtained through a survey sent to former junior entrepreneurs who are already formally working on the labor market. On the theoretical framework, were mapped out the main theories about competences development and the history of the junior enterprise. The survey was sent for possible participants through LinkedIn and to Telegram groups of former junior entrepreneurs. The research data was treated on Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI. The survey has been open to receive responses for 15 days on Google Forms and during this time has gotten sixty-two participations. The results of the research indicate that being part of a junior enterprise highly contributes to developing soft and hard skills on former junior entrepreneurs.
