The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of early childhood education on the development of the child's personality. Bibliographical analysis was the main methodological tool in the elaboration of this article, very important to understand the concepts of personality development and to reflect on the school process in the first years of life. The objectives, characteristics, plans and activities of early childhood education are also discussed, as well as the reflection of educational work as an objective and systematic process. This way of learning favors the development of teachers' values, habits and practices in the classroom. The teacher's job is to influence and direct the student's attitude toward behavior, which is a personality trait developed in school.
