The present work aimed to investigate what are the difficulties of a group of teachers who work in early childhood education, which is consistent with the professional valuation and devaluation. Early childhood education is the first stage of basic education, it must provide the child with a knowledge of the world that makes sense for his life. Professionals who work in this area according to the pedagogical proposal, must have a higher education in full degree, being a pedagogue or teacher in this condition that permeates the divergences related to the functions of these professionals, as they work as teachers under the TDI's nomenclature with lower salary, more assignments how to educate and care. The objective of this elaboration was with the researches under case study of a qualitative nature, contributing to a better understanding of the individual phenomena of the educational and political processes of society, because on this presentation, the researches make subjective aspects emerge, reaching unconscious motivations and spontaneously the information collected. and analyzed. Where the valuation/devaluation of the professional who works in Early Childhood Education was investigated, pointing out relevant guidelines related to dissatisfaction in their assigned functions.
