This study is an excerpt from my master's thesis, carried out at Universidad Interamericana, it highlights the role of school management in motivating EJA IV students at EMEIF - Antônio Correia Lima Municipal School of Early Childhood Education, located in Fortaleza- EC The aforementioned school carries out a series of pedagogical activities and school projects with the aim of motivating students and, if not eradicating, at least reducing cases of dropout or abandonment. In order to do so, we resort to some studies by researchers on this subject, such as Paulo Freire, in addition to articles available on the internet, as well as the current legislation, especially the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, law no. 9,394/96, and the Federal Constitution of Brazil of 1988. The methodology of this study was based on bibliographic research and field research, carried out in the aforementioned school, through semi-structured interviews. It is concluded, therefore, that the participation of school management in the elaboration and implementation of projects has been of fundamental importance, since it appears that project methodologies can influence not only the final result of the course, but also the expansion of opportunities. of approval of the course participants, since they promote greater interest and consequently greater learning, thus increasing their respective worldviews.
