Data were collected between November 2021 and February 2022 with the help of employees and leaders of each department and the company director, who authorized the study. The results showed that the proposed implementation of this PCP can eliminate the problems with conflicts and divergences caused by the lack of clear communication, organization, and goals. These problems result in delays in deadlines, loss of material, lack of raw materials, among others. The implementation of Production Planning and Control will be able to solve these problems, due to the control and organization tools. It was concluded that it is necessary to offer training to sales employees, so that they know how the demand forecast is carried out, and the training of the general manager to acquire an understanding of the PCP area, as well as to organize the according to the information obtained by the sales department. It is also necessary to manage information about the new process and its applicability, so that employees, both veterans and new hires, immediately understand how the company works in relation to the PCP.
