Abstract

For an extended period during the pandemic, schools were closed for a long time. Given this context, the work proposes to examine how the managers and teachers of a Municipal School, more specifically of Early Childhood Education, faced the closing of the school, what was the way found to manage not to stop with the contents. So that students would not be harmed by this social isolation, created due to the Covid 19 pandemic?. In epitome, we realize that we are not prepared to get out of our routine, that although we often do not stop studying, we are constantly updating ourselves, when a problem arises that we still do not have knowledge of, it is at that exact moment that we realize how much we need to work as a team to overcome obstacles. Despite the difficulties we encountered, we realized that when we walk together, it is easier to emerge victorious. To work, you have to want it and make it work, nothing falls from the sky ready, the fight for improvement is daily and it has to start from everyone.
