SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: AN ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLITICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PROJECT

This article sought as a general objective to analyze the reflections and articulation of school management in the process of elaboration and implementation of the political-pedagogical project. As specific objectives: to conceptualize the concept of school management; to characterize the contribution of the school community; to identify the challenges of school management in the development with the political-pedagogical project. The investigation started from the following problem: How is school management articulated in the development of the PPP for its school community? The study was developed by the author Santos in the year of (2018) in a school of the municipal network "X", through research with a qualitative approach that used as an instrument for data collection the questionnaire with open questions applied to three teachers and one coordinator of Elementary Education in the initial series, adopting bibliographic research and field research carried out by the author Ferreira (2018). The theoretical basis was: Betini (2015), Santos (2018), Lück (2016), among others. It was found that school management must be within the norms of the democratic system, where the entire school community is involved in the elaboration and implementation of the PPP, it is concluded that education must be participatory, so education becomes constructive and quality.
