Abstract

This research aims to study the legal implications of the use of constitutional mutation in judicial interpretation. It points out the aspects that involve the legal implications of the deliberations of the Federal Supreme Court and the incidental control of constitutionality in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
