Abstract

The teaching of school Physical Education in the remote category gained attention with the context of social isolation determined by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. From this, the present study aims to understand how the educational dynamics in the field of Education are taking place. School physics in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, an integrative review study was carried out between April and June 2021, based on national and international journals addressing issues related to the topic. The databases consulted were: 1. Google Academic and 2. Eric – Education Resources Information Center (ERIC). The research involved the following combinations of keywords: (a) Physical Education“and” covid-19; (b) Physical Education “and” remote teaching. From the definitions, criteria and key word combinations defined for the study were 5480 publications were located.The final sample consisted of 10 articles.From the purpose of understanding the way in which Physical Education was arranged in remote classes in times of social distance from the Covid-19 pandemic, it is noteworthy that it followed the other subjects of the schools. However, many obstacles were exposed: barriers in the relationships in the family environment and between students and teachers; recognition of theoretical knowledge to the detriment of corporeal knowledge and attitudinal knowledge, among others. In this sense, it seems acceptable to explain that School Physical Education is intertwined in a course of innovation that must submerge a renewal of pedagogical practices.
