This article analyzed the obvious reason for social inequalities in our country, this social exclusion is part of social groups and classes, of the history of Brazil, and of Brazilian education. Inequalities have always been evident throughout the decades of the history of education. But this nonsense is taking an exacerbated turn, being notoriously specified in the context of the pandemic. Education since its existence was excluding, with the minority classes. Education has never been the highlight of Brazil, but that is not why it will (Piletti, 1985) fail to understand the social and educational reality in which it lives and actively participates. From the 1988 Constitution onwards, the rights related to education were analyzed for a better understanding of educational advances.
