In this article, we made an immersion in the day-to-day of a school management in a public education institution, in the city of Vitória de Santo Antão/PE. It is understood that each school and management has its specificities. Using a qualitative-descriptive methodology, we questioned at various times whether the inclusion of employees in the school's information was up-to-date, if there is in fact a democratic management that goes in several directions, and not just on the pedestal.
