Abstract

This article is a study on Education as a way of resocializing the prisoner. Through a literature review with bibliographic research in which information is sought in books, magazines, publications and other materials on the subject. Among the objectives is the search for more information on the subject. Education is a right guaranteed through Laws to all citizens and for those who are deprived of their freedom it is no different, however overcrowding and precariousness cause numerous obstacles for them to have access to education which is a key factor for their resocialization.
