This article aimed to identify the main playful activities and/or methodologies used in the early years of elementary education to teach Planetary Health, Environmental Education and Sustainability. To this end, a bibliographic survey was conducted using the Scielo and Google Scholar databases based on specific keywords. An integrative literature review was employed as the research method. Data analysis led to the selection of 19 studies and the listing of 16 playful activities: field trips, project-based learning, singing games, cinema, gamification, comic books, school gardens, digital games, educational games, music, toy and decoration workshops, drawing and painting workshops, pedagogical workshops, tree-planting projects, photographic records, and videos. The results provided insight into how these methodologies are applied and identified examples of their use in classes addressing environmental themes, demonstrating dynamic and objective implementation. It is concluded that the diversity of available methodologies offers a distinct advantage in teaching, as it enables the creation of engaging and enjoyable lessons. Therefore, the use of these methodologies is highly significant; when combined with the curriculum content, they can ensure effective teaching and learning regarding important topics such as environmental issues.
