This study seeks to examine the factors that influence the resilience of supply chains amid COVID-19, with emphasis on risk management and the adaptation strategies adopted by organizations during periods of crisis. The research was characterized as exploratory, using bibliographic research as its main methodological foundation. Studies published between 2020 and 2026 were analyzed, retrieved from the Periódicos CAPES website and selected based on previously defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was carried out using Bardin's Content Analysis technique, with support from the Claude AI for coding and categorizing the information. The results demonstrated that risk management and supplier diversification, combined with the adoption of operational flexibility strategies, process digitalization, and collaboration among supply chain partners, were decisive for strengthening organizational resilience in the face of disruptions caused by the pandemic, showing that the combination of redundancy, agility, adaptability, and visibility constitutes an essential approach to business continuity in crisis scenarios.
