The aim of this article is to conceive a relation of better and greater functionality between the familiar and the school environment, aiming at a more concise use in the education of the students. Based on the ideas of Paulo Freire, we can consider that the current model of teaching has innumerous flaws in the absorption of knowledge, often because it is not feasible that the teacher directs more accurately a specific school activity for each student. Considering the reality of schools, the role of the family in encouraging, motivating, supervising and providing, together with the school, ways that can solve the gap is extremely important for the evolution of the school and social intellect of children and adolescents. Supervision and its relation with the family becomes a precept that can collaborate to reach the objectives of the education in way to make the work of the teachers more effective.
