Genocide is a political, ideological, and systematic act, legitimized against the Black population from the colonial-imperial period to modernity. This article aimed to discuss the intersectionality between Law 10,639/03 and Anti-Racist Education in confronting the genocide of Black youth. The research is justified by the exponential growth of this genocide in Brazil. The guiding question was: how to promote historical awareness and confrontation of the genocide of Black youth aged 15 to 29 in pedagogical mediation? To understand the phenomenon, qualitative, exploratory research was used, supported by Action Research procedures. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 153 elementary and high school students enrolled in 2025 in the night shift of a public school in the state of Espírito Santo. Field research was carried out in the first school semester. For data analysis, content analysis associated with discursive textual analysis was used. The result highlights the powerful pedagogical action of the problematizing methodology of the Maguerez Arc, based on generating themes, in confronting the genocide of Black youth. It was concluded that the transdisciplinary approach enhances the implementation of the content established in the legal and pedagogical framework of Law 10,639/03 and Anti-Racist Education in combating structural racism, racial violence, and the genocide of Black Brazilian youth in learning routines.
