This article addresses school safety: measures to ensure the safety of students in the teaching and learning process, specifically those in the 2nd grade T/A class at School Complex No. 1034 Mongo-Soyo, during the 2024/2025 school year. The general objective is to propose measures to ensure the school safety of 2nd grade students at School Complex No. 1034 Mongo-Soyo. Given the characteristics of the subject and the objectives of this study, a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) descriptive investigation was conducted, following an interpretative approach using theoretical (analytical-synthetic, induction-deduction, and systemic structural-functional), empirical (interview and questionnaire), and statistical-mathematical (percentage analysis) methods. The diagnosis carried out with teachers, management members, and parents/guardians of 2nd grade T/A students revealed serious shortcomings in school safety. 90% of parents/guardians surveyed acknowledged that their children had already suffered bullying or violence at school. There is a lack of human resources, support structure, family involvement, and preventive actions. It is urgent to implement physical, emotional, and institutional safety measures, as well as strategies for involving the school community.
