Current school management faces daily challenges that require strategic solutions, pointing toward continuous improvement and the delivery of excellent results for the school community and society in general. In this scenario, the humanized vision of the school manager is crucial for understanding the impact that each action has on the entire educational institution, requiring strategic and effective planning that identifies the main causes and consequences of the actions taken and establishes immediate goals and priorities. We used bibliographic research as a methodology to verify the application of the PDCA Cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) in the educational context, which emerges as a solid system to empower educational management by enabling a constant process of analysis, action, and review of goals and objectives. The results found prove that the application of PDCA as a methodology in educational management contributes to the improvement of pedagogical and managerial processes. In summary, the PDCA Cycle fulfills the important task of being a powerful resource in problem-solving and overcoming barriers that arise in the school environment, making it more organized and participatory, and consequently improving its results.
