Psychological violence within the family represents one of the most complex and silent forms of domestic violence, causing enormous impacts on the self-esteem, dignity, and emotional integrity of the victim. In this context, Restorative Justice emerges as an alternative to the traditional justice model, suggesting practices focused on the conscious accountability of the aggressor, dialogue, and reparation of the damage caused. This study aims to analyze the actual existence of Restorative Justice as a tool for addressing psychological violence within the family, indicating its legal and institutional limitations, and its potential benefits. The research is characterized as bibliographic, exploratory, and descriptive, using the deductive method, based on scientific articles, doctrinal works, legislation, and institutional documents related to the topic. The results indicate that Restorative Justice can be a construction of spaces for listening, rebuilding bonds, and accountability, providing a more humanized approach to family conflicts. However, its application faces institutional and legal challenges, mainly due to the need to guarantee the protection of the victim and avoid revictimization. It is evident that Restorative Justice has the potential to complement the traditional justice system, provided it is applied cautiously, respecting the rights of the victim and the established legal limits.
