This article analyzes the implementation of Tactical Pre-Hospital Care (TPHC) in the ordinary troops of the Amazonas Military Police (PMAM), focusing on the effectiveness of the MARCH mnemonic as a fundamental survival strategy in harsh environments. The research object centers on the vulnerability of radio patrol officers facing trauma in conflict zones. The main objective is to evaluate how technical training and the use of tourniquets mitigate preventable mortality, filling the "care gap" in high-risk areas. The methodology consisted of an integrative and exploratory literature review, based on recent specialized literature and ABNT standards. The results demonstrate that the adoption of the MARCH protocol exponentially increases survival by prioritizing the control of massive hemorrhages, while also providing legal security to the operator through the institute of effective repentance. The final considerations reinforce that the institutionalization of TPHC and the provision of individual kits are imperative measures for the modernization of public security and the preservation of life in the Amazon region.
