Neurodevelopmental disorders are conditions that affect cognitive, behavioral, and social development, with the term neurodivergent used to describe individuals with atypical neurological functioning. These alterations can significantly impact a child's interaction with the environment and their quality of life, requiring comprehensive attention in healthcare. This study aimed to analyze nursing management strategies and interventions in the care of children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. This is a scoping review, conducted through a search of studies in scientific databases, considering publications between 2020 and 2025. The findings showed that nursing plays a fundamental role in the early identification of developmental alterations, continuous monitoring, and guidance for families. Strategies such as the use of screening instruments, health education, support for caregivers, and interdisciplinary action stand out. Challenges related to lack of professional training, absence of protocols, and structural limitations in health services were also identified. It is concluded that professional qualification and the strengthening of care strategies are essential to guarantee comprehensive, humanized, and effective care.
